SPECIAL B.O.E. MEETING

5:15 P.M.

Members Present: Ronald Doris, Sue Furnish, Douglas P. Hasler, Mark Isaf, and Tom Tuttle

Members Absent: William Bailey and Thomas Davis

The Special Meeting of the Board of Education of Paris Union School District No. 95 was held on Monday, August 24, 2009, 5:15 P.M. at the Paris High School Library, members having received proper notice thereof.

I. Vice President Hasler called the special meeting to order.

IV. Consent Agenda: None

V. Secretary’s Report: None

VI. Superintendent’s Agenda:

Member Hasler moved and Member Doris seconded to approve the Resolution to Transfer Support Staff from Paris Cooperative to District 95, effective July 1, 2009.

Vice President Hasler polled the Board with the following results:

Ayes: (5) Doris, Furnish, Isaf, Tuttle, and Hasler

Nays: (0) None, and the motion carried.

XII. Right to Revert to Prior Order of Business: None

XIII. Executive Session:

Member Doris moved and Member Furnish seconded to hold a closed session in order to consider information regarding appointment, employment, or dismissal of any employee or officer. All members voted in the affirmative and the closed session began at 5:19 P.M.

Member Hasler moved and Member Doris seconded that the closed session be adjourned. All members voted in the affirmative and the Board returned to open session at 5:34 P.M.

XIV. Adjournment:

Member Tuttle moved and Member Furnish seconded that the meeting adjourn. All members voted in the affirmative and the meeting stood adjourned at 5:35 P.M.
