The Regular Meeting of the Board of Education of Paris Union School District No. 95 was held on Monday, June 1, 2009 4:00 P.M. at the Superintendent’s Office, members having received proper notice thereof.
I. President Davis called the regular meeting to order.

III Audience to Visitors:
Jane Witmer, APT President, announced the teachers of the Paris Cooperative High School have formed a new union, Paris Association of Cooperative Teachers (PACT), effective July 1, 2009. She thanked the Board of Education and Superintendent Sutton and stated that they look forward to working with the new cooperative board in the future.

Superintendent Sutton announced that Kevin Van Meter, PHS Assistant Principal, has accepted the job of Assistant Regional Superintendent effective July 1, 2009.

Member Hasler moved and Member Furnish seconded that the meeting adjourn. All members voted in the affirmative and the meeting stood adjourned at 4:20 P.M.
